Greetings,

I have a research leave next semester and I want to take part of my

time to just do some disciplined background reading.  Accordingly, I

am trying to put together a reading list for myself.  If you teach an

advanced course on contracts, private law, the common law, or the

like, I would love to get a copy of your syllabus.  Also, if you have

any suggestions for readings in the philosophy of contract law or the

philosophy of the common law I'd love to hear them.  Feel free to

reply to me off list on this.
